This EMT Refresher at New London Hospital will cover all the National content required by the NREMT. This 20-hour program is predominantly a skill-based program that cover each of the topics through short cognitive presentation and skill labs and scenarios as the best pathway to continued competency, the key to continuing education. From airway management to overdose to neonatal resuscitation all topics cover assessment and treatment modalities, with emphasis on new protocols and care modalities. Students will receive a course completion certificate for verification of NREMT compliance.
